The villa is situated in an elevated position on a hill, overlooking the complete Javea area. The Arenal bay is reached by car in about 5 minutes. The Arenal is a wide sandy beach offering safe bathing and beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops - equally lively during the daytime and at night. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are also most attractive areas, and well worth a visit, and two golf courses are just a short drive away. 
 
With its spacious accommodation, top quality furnishings and tasteful décor, this beautiful villa is the perfect holiday retreat in the luxury category. Every principal room in the house has outstanding panoramic views. The large windows give the villa a cool, light and airy feel; the facilities for outdoor relaxing and dining are of the same excellent standard. The beautifully landscaped garden with 6 x 12 pool, barbecue area and pond will make you never want to leave the grounds. 
 
Accommodation is on two levels. The main living area consists of the spacious entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen, large salon with dining area and luxury open-plan kitchen, two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the upper level you will find another hall with access to the roof-terrace on one side and a balcony on the other side, both with breathtaking views of sea and mountains. Here you will also find the master bedroom on the right and on the left a special children’s bedroom with a bunk bed, both with bathrooms en-suite.
