The villa is high on a wooded hillside in a quiet location with superb 180 degree views over the valley and bay of JAVEA. The villa comprises the Tower suite, Bali suite, Marrakesh suite, Juliet bedroom with balcony and two other bedrooms which are children’s rooms with bunk beds. four bathrooms and a separate toilet. A large secluded sun deck with beautiful views over the valley and a 10 x 4.5 metre private swimming pool. The villa has an open plan living area with large windows opening onto the sun deck, outdoor eating area. There is a snug lounge with fireplace under the tower for spring and autumn evenings. Newly fitted open plan kitchen with easy access for eating inside or out. The villa is comfortably furnished and has sat. t.v. and is ideal for a quiet relaxed holiday in a rural setting yet close to all facilities when required. The sandy beach, town and port of JAVEA, are within a short driving distance.

The valley of Javea is very well provided with virtually all kinds of sports and activities that are expected in a popular modern seaside holiday resort. One of the over riding attractions of Javea is the lack of high rise development in the valley and on the frontline which remains largely unspoilt.

The villa is situated high on pine wooded slopes on the southern side of the beautiful valley of Javea. Access is by asphalted road, which winds its way up through wooded hillside. The location provides breathtaking 180-degree views over the valley of Javea spread out below with the bay of Javea giving stunning sea views as well. The shops, restaurants, beaches and all that Javea has to offer are just a short drive away.

a 50% deposit payable on reservation, the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival.

A 300 euro safety deposit payable in cash on arrival, repayable on the day of departure on the return of the keys and the villa handed over in acceptable state.

Insurance should be taken out to protect your deposit against inability to take the holiday due to illness.
Every endeavour will be taken to re let the villa should you have to cancel, on re letting we will return deposit less a small handling fee.
