Set in a 4500 sq mt secluded plot in the valley looking up to the majestic Montgo mountain, Renaissance, offers tranquil days, unspoilt views and total privacy - the perfect location for your relaxation holiday or retreat.  
 
Renaissance is a pleasing combination of the original 200 yr old finca (spanish farmhouse) and a modern tastefully designed extension providing a total living space of 450 sq mt. The property is available for groups of up to eight people booking a self-catering holiday together. The property has CH and Air con throughout 
 
There are 4 double ensuite bedrooms, spacious lounge with library area and a PC with WIFI plus SAT TV. The spacious farmhouse kitchen has a dining area that seats 8. 
 
The gym contains commercial equipment and the indoor pool which is heated in winter, comes complete with hoist for disabled access. A fifth bathroom leads off this area. 
 
A large secluded terrace and lawned area lead off from the lounge. There is ample shade around the area in summer.

    • There are two tennis clubs in Javea. A tennis court near the villa can be hired hourly and lessons from a Tennis coach are also available. 
     
    The Denia LaSella 18 hole Golf and Spa resort are 5 mins drive from the villa. The Javea 9 hole course is less than 10 mins drive away. Handicap cards must be shown. 
     
    The Javea beach is 10 mins drive from the villa and various water sports can be enjoyed. 
     
    The Montgo mountain is opposite the villa and offers hiking routes. 
     
    There are 4 restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the villa. Why not order a traditional paella to enjoy by your pool? 
     
    For the younger party members, enjoy late nights at the many bars and restaurants of the Arenal (sandy beach area) and for the rest of the family why not stroll along the calm port area or have traditional tapas in the historic old town. Visit the weekly market on Thursday. 
     
    There are numerous horse riding schools a short drive from the villa.

    A 30% non-refundable deposit is due on booking. The balance plus a 250 GBP refundable damages deposit is due eight weeks prior to date of arrival. The Euro rate is 2250 Euro per week. The damages deposit is 275 Euro. Payment may be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Full Terms and conditions available upon booking. Travel insurance with cancellation cover is recommended in case you have to cancel your holiday.
