Superb luxury villa for rent near Javea providing 1st-class facilities. Idyllic peaceful position at the end of a private lane high on a hillside and surrounded by wild nature reserve with spectacular uninterrupted 180° panoramic views over valley to mountains and the sea. Quiet rural setting near all amenities and only 5 miles to the beaches at Javea and Denia. The villa has 4 spacious double/twin bedrooms (all with ceiling fans, 2 with air-con) 3 luxury bathrooms and a superb fully equipped kitchen. The extremely comfortable living room has an amazing surround sound satellite TV and music system with the Sky package including Sports. There is also free WiFi internet connection. The dining hall seats 10 and there are 3 further shaded outside dining areas including the BBQ terrace overlooking the fabulous sparkling private 5x12m swimming pool. Add the regular cooling afternoon hillside breeze and you are assured that your villa holiday rental will be perfect!
Facilities
All the modern well equipped bedrooms have ceiling fans and 2 also have silent air-conditioning but the villa is wonderfully light and breezy so air-conditioning is not really essential. Both the twin-bedded rooms can be made into extra large doubles. There is abundant wardrobe space and in Bedroom 2 there is also a TV with DVD and video players. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 also open directly onto a terrace.
Activities
For those of you who like a gentle walk, you can walk out of the back door of the villa up into the hills, or take a walk along one of the many quiet beaches nearby

- Nearest Airport : Alicante or Valencia at 90 kilometers distance;
- Nearest Train Station : Gata de Gorgos at 5 kilometers distance
- Nearest Town : Pedreguer at 2 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: Fly to either Alicante or Valencia airports then take E15/AP7 motorway to junction 62 and where you will be met and escorted to the villa. The journey from either airport is approximately 1 hour. Please see our website in the contact owner section of this advertisement for details of cheap flights. We can arrange car hire and organise Airport transfers if you require.

THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS OR CHARGES! Prices are for your exclusive use of the Villa (to sleep up to 8 people), private pool and gardens, for 1 week Prices are inclusive of all normal usage of utilities (electricity, gas, water). The villa will be clean on your arrival - bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. However, you will need to supply your own pool/beach towels. If you are staying more than one week there will be a mid-term change of linen. Reservations can only be secured upon receipt of 30% deposit together with the completed Booking Form agreeing to the Villa Terrazas Terms & Conditions. Payment of the full balance is to be received (together with a Security Bond refundable damage deposit of £500) a minimum of 8 weeks before your arrival date. The deposit is held against damage etc and returned to you promptly after your stay.

“This is a truly beautiful villa equipped with all new mod cons and offering extremely spacious indoor and outdoor accommodation. It manages to be both high spec and homely.
Our group could hardly be torn away from the villa but when coaxed found it very conveniently located for the resorts at Javea and Denia as well as the shopping mall at Ondara (think Bluewater!).

Welcome to our home!
Hello! Villa Terrazas (our home) is a spacious private villa which we recently lovingly refurbished to a very high standard of interior design with virtually no expense spared! It is set high on a hill at the end of a private lane and surrounded by wild nature reserves, with uninterrupted 180° outstanding views that are truly spectacular. From the many extremely well equipped terraces you can see to the north the beaches of Denia and across the bay of Valencia and eastwards across the valley of orange and almond groves to the wonderful mountain of Montgo and the sea at Javea. With the mountains behind us to the south and west this really is an idyllic setting.
This traditional Spanish villa was originally purpose-built to benefit from the many hours of glorious sunshine but there is also a fully-covered terrace (a Naya) on the lower level and covered, partially-covered, and fully-covered terraces on the upper level. The magnificent raised BBQ terrace overlooks the 5m x 12m swimming pool and has hardwood dining furniture for 10 under an attractive pergola, providing dappled shade. The cooling afternoon hillside breeze ensures that ‘al fresco’ dining at Villa Terrazas, where ever you choose to sit, is always just perfect!
We are situated about half way between Valencia and Alicante on Spain’s beautiful ‘white coast’ or Costa Blanca. This area near Javea and Denia has been officially classified by the World Health Organisation as “environmentally near perfect” with an ideal climate. The area is also ideal for golfers, walkers and naturalists in winter and the cooler months. There are 3 fine golf courses, tennis, horse riding, water sports, a few discos, and fine restaurants in the vicinity. Being just 1 hour from Valencia, those visitors interested in Formula 1 Motor Racing at the Valencia European Grand Prix or the Americas Cup Sailing can take advantage of these events being so close by.
The sandy beaches at Javea Arenal are 20 minutes away and only a little further on are the rugged and more tranquil coves and beaches which adorn the spectacular coastline between Cap de Sant Marti and Cap de la Nao and beyond to the beach and cove of Granadella, and on to Moraira. Wonderful sailing and diving area! Even closer, all the way up the coast for the whole 20 miles from Denia to Gandia there are long wild sweeping natural beaches - often deserted other than for a few locals who try to keep them secret! With, of course, the occasional perfectly positioned beach bar to cater for your needs.
Our very Spanish pueblo (village) of Pedreguer is one of the ‘gateway towns’ into the Jalon Valley. A beautiful, fertile area of land where vines, olives, almonds, oranges and lemons grow in abundance. You can be deep into this stunning mountain scenery within five minutes drive from the villa - or simply walk out of the villa and on up over the hill!
Each summer we choose to continue our extensive global travels and during this time have pleasure in offering our home and all it's comforts to discerning visitors who we are sure would love it all as much as we do!
