A lovely 3 bedroom villa with large south facing covered terrace overlooking the pool area - ideal for 'al fresco' dining or just relaxing with a glass of sangria on the sumptious sofas. The villa has its own secure, child friendly, private pool and boasts a spectacular outdoor summer kitchen / bar complete with large BBQ grill and gridle, 2 ring hob, 2 fridges, freezer and sink.
The villa is set in a large fenced-in garden, complete with childrens play area including trampoline with child safety net, climbing frame, swing, slides and sand pit.
The accommodation consists of 1 master en suite with king size bed and 2 twin rooms. Guest bathroom with bath & shower, guest W.C. with shower cubicle servicing the pool area.
Large fully equipped kitchen. Lounge with Sat TV & DVD, furnished to a very high standard. Separate dining area seating 6 and an additional lounge, ideal for children, with TV and playstation 2.

The accommodation consists of 2 twin rooms and one double, the double has an en suite with a corner bath and shower. There is a further bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet with shower cubicle servicing the pool area. The large kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven. There is also a utility area with washing machine and dryer. The lounge has Sat TV with a DVD player and furnished to a very high standard. There is also a separate dining area seating 6 and an additional lounge ideal for children with TV and playstation 2.

There are 3 areas in Javea. In the most popular area, the Arenal, you can find a woderful sandy beach and all the bars and restaurants. Then there is the Port end of Javea, where there is a marina, where fresh fish can be bought direct from the fishermen. There are some great restaurants and shops also. Then there is Javea's old town, with many narrow, cobbled walkways which lead from one to the other and a beautiful church which takes pride of place in the church plaza. A market is held in the Old Town or 'Pueblo' on Thursdays.

There are plenty of activities do do here, especially water sports. People like to walk between the port and the Arenal, and take in the views of the Mediterranean.

We are also only 1 hour from both airports, Alicante and Valencia, and only 40 minutes from the busy town of Benidorm, where the huge theme park 'Terra Mitica' and the water park 'Aqualandia' can be found.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Rates include electricity, water and gas. All linen and towels are included except beach/pool towels. End cleaning charge 85.- Euro and a refundable damage deposit 300.- Euro or 250.- pounds sterling.
