In a sought after location in the Senioles district of Javea, this is an outstanding detached villa in beautifully landscaped grounds which offers excellent facilities. The accommodation is on two levels, with private parking adjacent to the gated entrance. The main entrance hall leads onto the lounge area. From here you access the spacious kitchen and dining area, leading onto a large covered terrace and pool area, with lawned, landscaped gardens. The villa has a southerly facing aspect, affording the villa a beautiful, sunny outlook. 
 
The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with oven, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc... And has a breakfast area which leads onto the dining room 
 
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed, a ´family room´ with two single beds and a small single bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower to accommodate them and a further cloakroom/toilet adjacent to these rooms. 
A further two bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both have en-suite bathrooms; one has a double bed while the other has two singles. These bedrooms lead onto a wrap around terrace which has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. 
 
There are heat resistant, electric shutters in all rooms and air conditioning throughout. The poolside terrace is generously supplied with sun loungers and chairs 
 
Hot water is provided in unlimited quantity from a gas boiler. The villa comes equipped with TV offering Spanish channels, DVD player, music system in all rooms, hob & electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryers etc, etc.  
The villa is within 5 minutes driving time from the sandy beaches of Javea, with the resort town of Moraira just 15 minutes away. Javea golf club is just 10 minutes away, with the La Sella golf resort also nearby. The nearest restaurants and shops are also within 5 minutes drive.

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a small refundable security/damage deposit required.And also a final clean charge of £35. It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
