Set in a superb location with panoramic views of Montgo and Javea, this is an outstanding, detached villa in beautifully landscaped grounds which offers facilities of the highest order. No expense has been spared in fixtures and finishing’s. 
The accommodation is on a single level with private parking adjacent to the gated entrance. The main entrance hall leads onto the spacious lounge area with picture windows offering a great vista. From here you access the large kitchen and dining area, leading onto a large covered terrace and pool area, with moon shaped pool and an 8 person spa. 
 
From the pool area, the villa has stunning views of the mountains and surrounding valleys. Its terraced gardens feature traditional Spanish shrubs, while the villa is located in a private area only a few minutes’ drive from the beach. 
 
Short corridors on either side of the entrance hallway lead onto the sleeping quarters and bathrooms, where there are two double bedded rooms, and two twin bedded rooms. All of the bedrooms are en suite, with a further cloakroom in the main living quarters. All the rooms have been beautifully finished and benefit from air conditioning. 
 
The pool area has to be seen to be believed. The 12m x 6m pool is accompanied by a superb 8 berth spa. The views from here are magnificent. An enclosed shower is adjacent to the pool and spa. There is a generous sun-bathing terrace leading onto the landscaped gardens with fruit and olive trees. The poolside terrace is generously supplied with sun loungers and chairs, with a traditional stone BBQ completing the pool area.  
 
Hot water is provided in unlimited quantity from a gas boiler. The villa comes equipped with satellite TV and surround sound cinema system, DVD & video players, hob & electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryers etc, etc. Note: there is a supplement of £30.00 per week for use of air conditioning during summer months.  
The villa is within 5 minutes driving time from the sandy beaches of Javea, with the resort town of Moraira just 15 minutes away. Javea golf club is just 10 minutes away, with the La Sella golf resort also nearby. The nearest restaurants and shops are also within 5 minutes.

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a small security/damage deposit required.And also a final clean charge of £35. It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible
