Detached luxury villa in a beautiful setting 
 
Completed in winter 2003 and in an excellent setting on the prestigious Millennium development, this is a modern detached villa, on one level with accommodation of exceptional quality. The property has a beautiful covered terrace as well as a large pool, landscaped gardens & open terraced areas, with private parking inside the gated entrance. The location is only a few minutes from the Arenal beach in Javea. 
 
The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and provides all you could want for a luxury holiday. Accommodation consists of a large living room with Tuscan stone fireplace, dining room, luxury fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and three beautiful bathrooms (one en suite). Through glass doors from the dining room there is a large covered terrace area, with BBQ leading onto the pool area. 
 
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a double and one with twins. There are also three beautifully furnished bathrooms, one en suite with shower and bath, his & hers sinks and the other two with large walk-in showers.  
 
Outside there is a large area for sun-bathing situated around a rectangular pool (10 meters x 5 meters) which has roman steps and under-water lighting. The poolside terrace and covered naya are generously supplied with furniture. Surrounding the property is beautifully laid out gardens with fruit & olive trees and a variety of palms. This is a great location for eating and drinking or just relaxing and soaking up the sun. 
 
Hot water is provided in unlimited quantity from a gas "combi" boiler. The villa comes equipped with TV, video, stereo Hi-Fi, electric hob & oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, etc, etc. There is an under floor heating system with air conditioning throughout. Guests wishing to use the A/C are required to pay a metered usage fee. 
 
Villa Delfin is within a few minutes driving time from the sandy beaches of Javea and the Port area, and is also only 10 minutes from the attractive town & marina of Moraira. Javea & La Sella golf clubs are just 10-15 minutes drive away.

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a small security/damage deposit required.And also a final clean charge of £35. Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week. It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible
