It has been designed with great care by the owners, while it´s elevated position affords it superb views, and backing onto a wooded area, the villa is very private.  
 
The accommodation is on two levels with private parking adjacent to the gated entrance. The main, spacious sunken lounge area leads onto an open terrace with scenic views. From here you access the beautifully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, leading onto the terrace and pool area. 
 
On this level there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, leading out to a covered terrace poolside, and a further cloakroom. 
 
Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, with zip able single beds, and a large family bathroom, with bath and shower. Each of the bedrooms leads out onto an open balcony with lovely views. The bedrooms have an adjoining door as well as their own private access, and would be ideal for a family. 
 
The villa truly comes into its own when you are outside. The poolside area has plenty of open and covered terracing, while the garden has a lawned area and is planted with trees and shrubs.  
 
The villa is within a few minutes’ drive of Javea town centre, and is a gateway to the splendor of the Orba valley, with its superb orange, almond and fig trees, not forgetting the fields full of vines. With the resort towns of Moraira & Denia just 20 minutes away, Javea is a great location, only an hour or so from Alicante and Valencia airports. For the golfers amongst you, Javea & la Sella golf clubs are nearby. The nearest restaurants and shops are also within 5 minutes drive.

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a small refundable security/damage deposit required.And also a small final clean charge of £ 35. Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week. It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
