On the lower level is a separate apartment .The villa has marble floors throughout and the finish is very high quality. The views from the villa are magnificent  
 
Villa Rasclo is located in Javea and overlooks the Mediterranean. The setting is beautiful and tranquil yet the nearest facilities are only 900m away and only 5km from the arenal sandy beach with all it's shops, bars and restaurants. Javea is situated at the base of the Montgo natural park. It is the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 95kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The 25km of coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea - voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organization , boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! The energetic could take a walk in the Montgo National Park. The summit is 753 meters and the 360 degree views from the summit are stunning. Ibiza can be seen to the East. A short drive away you will find Jalon and Orba. Try some of the locally produced wines, explore the winding streets and drive through the Jalon valley.

    • There is air-con / heating in every room and 6 bathrooms to serve 6 bedrooms. There are fitted wardrobes in every bedroom The master bedroom has a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a double jacuzzi and a luxury shower. There is a TV, DVD and music system. The room faces south and the views are magnificent from these rooms. There are doors leading onto the covered private balcony which looks over the pool and the sea. Villa Rasclo has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 living rooms and 2 kitchens. There is a separate apartment which consists of a kitchen, dining area, living room, double bedroom, double sofa bed, bathroom and has it's own entrance and a patio. The villa has an outside kitchen and bbq area. The outside area is furnished for sun-bathing and al-fresco dining. Private paking is available for 3 vehicles.
