The house is set in a secure gated lush tropical gardened community and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Casa Tropicana is located on the Costa Blanca in the town of Javea near the small village of Moraira. The property sleeps 9. Casa Tropicana is ideally located just a 10 minute walk to the safe sandy beach of the famous Arenal.
There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants with tennis and golf clubs nearby. This spacious high quality townhouse has a large private terrace immediately over looking the swimming pools, fountains and lush tropical gardens situated in a secure gated community.
Casa Tropicana also boasts an internal garage, gas central heating and air conditioning. The ground floor features a well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, cloak room with WC and a lounge/dining room with complete entertainment system including Satellite television and DVD player.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to the private terrace and garden with tables and chairs, ideal for 'al fresco' dining. Stairs lead to the first floor to 2 spacious twin bedrooms, a shower room and a further double room with full en suite bathroom and private balcony.
Stairs then further lead up to a private studio master bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 private sun terraces.

Activities
The town of Javea is situated in the North Costa Blanca and is an easy drive to Benidorm where there are several theme parks available for fun family days out, these include Terra Mitica, Mundo Mar and Aqualandia.
A short drive past Denia will bring you to the safari park at Vergel. Inland you can explore the Bernia mountains and the Jalon Valley, which produces wine locally and where you can enjoy a tasting at one of the bodegas.

Arrival time 16:00 - 20:00 hrs. Departure 10:00 hrs * The welcome pack is comprehensive and includes bread, butter, ham, cheese, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, wine, water, beers and champagne along with sweeties and crisps if your party includes children
