Just a one hour drive north of Alicante airport, this area is the most spectacular and mountainous part of the Costa Blanca. Cumbre del Sol is perched on a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea, midway between the beach resorts of Javea and Moraira.
Luxurious Villas hug the coastline, covered in cerise, red and purple bougainvillea. The whole area is famous for fruit growing including oranges, lemons, cherries, peaches, as well as olives and almonds.
Javea-a ten minute drive-has one of the best sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca. there are many bars and restaurants along the promenade to suit all tastes, many of which are lively in the evening

A large well stocked supermarket, restaurant, bar and bank are located 250 meters from the house.
The house is in a quiet residential area but only 10 mins. drive to Javea or Moraira where a huge choice of restuarants, bars and evening entertainment can be found.

Whilst the house benefits from cooling sea breezes - both bedrooms are fitted with Air Cooling ceiling fans.
We also have 2 terraces. One suitable for breakfast in the sun any time of the year and one shaded.
The house overlooks the huge pool which has lifeguards during the summer season and a walk in shallow end for children. A poolside cafe serves very reasonably priced snacks and drinks. Tennis courts are located at the end of the street.

Low Season Price : £180
High Season Price : £470 per Week

A Changeover charge of £60 will be added to all bookings to cover final cleaning and hire of sheets and towels for up to 4 guests.
For 5th and 6th person add £20 per stay.

30% deposit is payable on booking.

Payment is accepted in British Pounds or Euros.
