Vacation Rental Description
San Esteban is in a nice complex of Spanish style apartments surrounding a large garden with plenty of grassed areas and a pool with shallow children’s section. The apartment is on the ground floor and faces south with a full width terrace. The beach, Javea Port and the Arenal are a short walk.
The apartment has a double and a twin bedroom each with a built in wardrobe, bedside tables,
a dressing table with large mirror and ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
The kitchen features a hob and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The lounge and both bedrooms are air-conditioned (extra charge)
There is ample hot water provided by an instant gas fired boiler and gas central heating throughout for the winter months.
In the lounge is a circular dining table with chairs, coffee tables and a two seat and a three seat settee. The lounge has a floor standing fan.
There is also a 28inch colour television that receives 24 English channels including BBC television and radio, ITV, Channels 4 and 5, Sky Sports and Movie channels. There is a DVD player (DVD's can be hired locally) and a music centre for CD's, cassettes and local English radio stations.
On the terrace is a table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable barbecue.
There are restaurants and a supermarket within a short walk of the apartment.

Facilities
The television has a selection of English channels including BBC and ITV. There is a reserved parking space in the secure underground car park. Mediterranean garden with large pool and childrens pool. Air-conditioning is charged as used.
Activities
Javea is an ideal centre for visiting other attractions and places of interest on the Costa Blanca. Nearby is the Montgo Mountain that looks like an elephant and it is possible to climb to the top of this where you will be rewarded with some spectacular views. The safari park at Vergel and caves at Benidoleig are a short drive away as are the towns of Denia, Moraira and Calpe. The nearby village of Gata is well known for its wicker goods and here also is a Spanish guitar factory here that you can look around. The waterfalls at Bollula are featured on some of the postcards and the pretty village of Guadalest perched on a rock is famous for hand made lace.
Benidorm is only 40 minutes drive and offers the huge aqua park Aqualandia , sea world (Mundo Mar) the Terra Mitica Disney style theme park and the new Terra Natura nature reserve. Here also is the Benidorm Palace that put on some excellent stage shows with dinner included if you wish.

The weekly prices include gas, electricity, water, linen and towel hire with weekly change and a small welcome pack. There is a folding bed that can be used in the lounge and is suitable for a child ~ £25 per week or part of. Deposit 20%. Balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday with a refundable inventory deposit of £150.00 The villa will be available for occupation between 4pm and 7pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00am on the last day. Discounts for Long Winter Lets ~ 20% 3 wks, 30% 4 wks, 40% 6 wks, 50% 8 wks when gas and electricity are charged extra by meter and 2 sets of linen and towels provided at start of period with no change.
