Large 3 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom apartment with private pool, garden and stunning views all in a superb location.
Vacation Rental Description
This is a Modern airy three en-suite Bedroom apartment with an extra bathroom in the general living accomodation for all to use. It has a large modern kitchen which was installed in 2008 and contains all that is necessary.
There is a Large dining room with a formal american dining suite, however in the summer almost all your meals will be eaten outside.
The large lounge with access to the garden terrace and the outside dining facilities, has comfortable seating and a Sony Bravia 32in TV with English channels.
The pool is L shaped, being 8m x 8m and has two depths 4'4" and 5'10" it is therefore unsuitable for young NON swimming children.
This accommodation is in excess of 500sq ft.
The location of this accommodation is perfect for visiting all the local beaches including El Arenal, Barraca, Ambola, Granadella and La Cala.
Nearby there are numerous quality restaurants as well as English speaking supermarkets.
It has easy access to the South ie; Moriara, Calpe, Benidorm, Alicante and has the additional benefit of being surrounded on three sides by the sea so as whilst you enjoy the fresh sea air, any cloud around sticks to the mainland clear of Cap de Nau, helping to keep Javeas sunshine record.
Facilities
The Kitchen also has a breakfast bar with 3 stools and in addition to the above contains a Freezer, Iron and Ironing Board, George Foreman grill, Toaster, Juicer and a Safe. Wifi internet access is available, so breakfast on the garden terrace can be had, should you wish, whilst reading online newspapers or answering email. With the large Weber Gas BBQ being for your sole use, you can hone those BBQ skills with all the local fresh produce. There are Sun Loungers around both the pool and garden so you decide where to tan, relax, sleep or read. There are an additional 3 terraces within the whole property for the owners exclusive use, therefore ensuring your privacy. However should they be in occupation they are always prepared to help with local advice, repairs if necessary, pool cleaning and the occassional bottle of wine.
Activities
Coast/Beach
The lovely sandy Arenal beach (Javea's main beach) is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute stroll away, whilst La Barraca beach is a similar distance, it is not suitable for walking to as the return journey would challenge even the most serious hill walker. Ambola and Granadella beaches are also nearby, both providing excellent opportunities for sun bathing, swimming and snorkelling.
The Port
The charming fishing port at Javea is still active with a fleet of 20 vessels; where in the evening you can watch them return and auction the days catch. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants and bars. This area is also where the fiestas are celebrated with fireworks and parades.
The Old Town
This is where you will find the historic Gothic fortress battle scarred ‘San Bartome’ church, narrow streets, the market together with shops, restaurants, bars and the post office.

Booking Notes A £200 deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance of the rental price payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. A £250 security deposit is also payable with this balance which will be refunded after your holiday providing there is no damage. Prices shown are for 3 - 4 persons. This self contained luxury apartment is larger than some villas, it is set within its own grounds in the quiet and exclusive residential area of Portichol, Javea.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom whilst there is also an additional bathroom for all to use within the general living area.
The large bright modern kitchen with silestone work surfaces was installed in 2008 and contains all that you will need.
The dining area whilst large enough for a dinner party is unlikely to be used in the summer months as the outside dining facilities include seating for 6 and a Weber Gas BBQ.
The Lounge opens onto the garden terrace via two patio doors as does bedroom 3 via one door.
This accomodation is in excess of 150m2. (500sq ft)
