Luxury ground floor and first floor 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with residents´ pool and garden, and small private garden. The accommodation comprises a lounge-diner with TV and DVD, kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom or twin, shower room and a covered terrace with table and chairs. The ground floor apartments have a small BBQ and sun loungers. There is also hot and cold air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. The apartments have their own underground parking space with lift access to the apartments.

NO SECURITY DEPOSIT! By booking online with credit/debit card, avoid paying a large security deposit. 30€ damage waiver insurance + small booking fee. 25% deposit to reserve with balance payable 8 weeks before check in date.

Keys are left in a secure keybox and instructions and directions are given. There will be an extra charge of £20 if you wish a keyholder to accompany you to your accommodation.

Daily maid service and babysitter available at extra cost.
