Beautifull villa in stunning countryside, quiet private location, not on an urbanization. 
 
This individually built villa is constructed to a high standard and sleeps 6 in three twin rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge / dining room and conservatory all on one level. 
 
The pool is bordered by an olive grove and is not overlooked, a few minutes walk is the pretty village centre of Benigembla. This area is well served with excellent restaurants, easy access to the motorway and local beaches of Javea, Denia, Moraira and Calpe. Good golf courses are in the area. 
 
Whether you want to chill out in peace and tranquility or be active (walking http://www.cbmwalkers.org, cycling and golf are some of the popular activities in the area) this is an area of outstanding natural beauty. At the other end of the village is a new semi Olympic size swimming pool with recreational area. A landscape of ancient olive and almond groves mixed with vineyards and handcrafted terraces. The Valley Les Murtes or the myrtles, is named after the ceremonial plant that grows here abundantly. Together with local fragrant pines, the morning air has a special freshness. Benigembla sits in a quiet picturesque spot between Murla and Parcent, further down the valley, the town of Jalon presides over an agricultural heritage that dates back to Moorish Spain. The blue glazed terracotta dome of the church sits high above the square, visible for miles around. The peace of the mountains is regal, but not far away is the temptation of the Costa Blanca coast, simply heaven! 
 
Access via Alicante or Valencia airports with low cost flights and car rental.

A booking form must be completed and returned within 7 days of the booking and before your holiday, no subletting or unapproved extra guests.  
 
25% of total cost within 7 days, balance 2 months before your holiday. 
 
An additional £150 bond, this will be held against keys, breakages / damage, bed linen, unreasonable cleaning costs and a breach of terms and conditions as laid out in this advertisment. 
 
You will have to replace the gas that you use, allow about £10 pw for hot water - combi gas boiler.
