Completed in 2005 Casa Serendipity was built specifically as a Guest House and designed for people who enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday. The property enjoys magnificent panoramic views through 360 degrees and beautiful sunrises and settings. There are four double/twin bedrooms (including a family room) and four bathrooms, all en-suite. All rooms have air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, mosquito screens and roll down blinds. Whilst there is a no smoking policy within the house there are adequate covered terraces which provide this facility. There is car parking for twenty cars and the property comprises three acres, mainly to Almond Trees, although some lemon, avocado and orange trees have been planted. The Jalon river runs alongside the property although some 100 feet below the house in orchards of Olives and vineyards.

There are five local holiday resorts with superb beaches and several championship Golf Courses are within half an hours journey, accompanied walking, cycling and scuba diving are also available locally. Ten Pin Bowling enthusiasts will find two local rinks and there are several Flat Green Bowling Clubs (which provide equipment)for the more leisurely.

The Jalon Valley is famous for its wine, olives, almonds and cherries.
The Jalon Valley is rightly proud of its Valencian cuisine there being some 50 restaurants of all descriptions within ten minutes drive of the Villa, we have a BBQ which you are free to use. We are situated midway between Alicante and Valencia Airports and have facilities to collect you there or have a hire car awaiting you on arrival, the drive is just over an hour. There are many Supermarkets locally which cater for English, German and Spanish Food, banking machines and cashpoints are local.
