‘Tree Tops' is a stunning detached three bedroom, two bathroom modern style Finca, on one level, with gas central heating throughout.

Set in a beautiful Rural area, on a small private urbanisation, on a plot of 2,410 sq.m., allowing space and privacy between neighbours.
The quiet no-through road is lined with Pine trees and has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside overlooking the Jalon Valley.

There is a 12 x 5 m kidney-shaped ‘Infinity Pool’ with an unusual changing ‘coloured light system’, for fun night-time swims and a large fully tiled Terrace, a corner shower area, and uninterrupted views of the Jalon Valley and the mountains.

The newly created garden is south-facing, and all on one level.
There is also a large open Naya (porch) at the rear of the Villa, which at present is home to our five seater
HOT TUB.

The outer terrace has a private ‘court yard’ area, overlooking the pool and views and leads down into the garden via a few steps.

The front of the Villa has a large drive-way leading to a two-car carport.

Tree Tops is situated only a short drive inland from the coast. The beautiful golden beaches of Calpé, Moraira or Javea are only a short easy drive away.

For our Bed & Breakfast guests who like swimming off season, we have a wonderful new Sports Centre only a few minutes away, where you can use the Gym, 2 Pools, Sauna, Steam room and Jacuzzi for a very small entrance fee.
We also have our own fabulous 'Hot-Tub' for your private use.

This is an area of outstanding Natural Beauty and is ideal for those wishing to drive up into the hills and go for long mountain/country walks, where you will find many restaurants tucked away and scenery to die for.

Great for Golfers also, as we have five or so spectacular Courses within a 30-40Km radius approx.

We aim to offer a relaxing Bed and Breakfast holiday for those looking for something a little bit special -
during the Low and Mid seasons of October through till mid-May we offer Bed and Breakfast, mainly for couples only, but please ask if your party is slightly larger.

We take only one 'group' at a time, so that you can enjoy the facilities, ambience and tranquility without having to share with others.

During the High Season, 'Tree-tops' is available for rental for groups of up to six people. Please enquire about prices between Mid June to Mid September.

This is a NON-SMOKING house only.

High Season Price : €55 per Day

We require a 25% non-returnable Deposit to hold the booking for you, with the Balance payable three weeks prior to your arrival.

Payments preferable via Bank Transfer.

Prices are in Euros, per couple, per night.
Two Night minimum stay.
