Completed in 2005 Casa Serendipity was built specifically as a Guest House and designed for people who enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday. There are four bedrooms (including a family room) and four bathrooms, all en-suite. All rooms have air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, mosquito screens and roll down blinds. There is car parking for twenty cars and the property comprises three acres mainly to Almond Trees, although some lemon and orange trees have been planted. The Jalon river runs alongside the property although some ioo feet below the house.

Casa Serendipity is in a very peacful and quiet location in the mountains of the Jalon Valley, famous for its wine, olives, almonds and cherries. There are five local holiday resorts with superb beaches and several championship Golf Courses are within half an hours journey, accompanied walking, cycling and scuba diving are also available locally. The Jalon Valley is rightly proud of its Valencian cuisine there being some 50 restaurants of all descriptions within ten minutes drive of the Villa. We are situated midway between Alicante and Valencia Airports and have facilities to collect you there or have a hire car awaiting you on arrival, the drive is just over an hour.

Rates

Low Season Price : €210
High Season Price : €245 per Week

Charges are 30 to 35 euros per person per night and include breakfast. "Full English" is available together with dinner in the evenings if you wish to stay in. Bookings can be made for any number of days and changeover dates.
