Vacation Rental Description
Included is the use of a Renault Clio car for your stay certain conditions apply. Casa FuenteLargo is a privately owned Villa sitting on the apron of the mountains in the valley of Hondón de los Frailes in the province of Alicante. The Villa is detached with the nearest neighbours a few fields away.
Casa FuenteLargo with its separate bedrooms and large lounge is the perfect place to stay and see the real Spain, yet only 40 minutes to the coast and beaches or other amenities such as golf, water parks, museums and much more.
The Villa is on two levels. Access to the ground floor can be either via a large front door or through an equally large rear door. The ground level has a spacious lounge equipped with television (Sky free channels) and log burning fire. It shares the ground floor with a well equipped kitchen which is adjacent to the dining area.
The Villa is capable of taking up to nine people in 5 separate bedrooms and there is plenty of comfortable seating in both the lounge and dining areas.
Making this Villa ideal for disabled individuals there are two bedrooms, 1 double the other twin complete with en suite shower room on the ground floor also a further shower room.
Access to the second level, where there are three further bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 single is via a wide set of marble stairs at the rear of the lounge, there is also another shower room.
If required, meals can be eaten in the secluded and peaceful courtyard area at the rear of the Villa.
There is a covered patio to the front overlooking the gardens ideal for breakfast in the early morning sun. To the rear of the property there is an 8 x 4 metre private pool with sun decks and secluded arbour. To the side there is Frailes View where you can sit and enjoy the views over the valley or light the adjacent barbie and enjoy your meal at the table. Alternatively sit in Ivy Corner a shaded area off the court yard.
To keep the Villa in a condition acceptable to all we maintain a no smoking policy within the Villa and we have to say no to pets.

Facilities
Guest have the use of a car which is included there is no discount if the vehicle is not required, there are conditions for its use. The pool area is totally private and is not overlooked by any neighbours who's properties are hundreads of metres away with grape fields to one side and almond trees on the other. The dryer is a revolving line, cloths dry very quickly in the sun. Off street parking to the front of the property there is room for 6 cars. By linen service we mean towels and bedding are supplied. Heating is by way of electric radiators and a log fire.
Activities
The Costa Blanco area has many facilities including balloon rides, there is also a facility for flying in small aircraft to view the area from the air. Fishing in season is as varied as one would want with either sea or lake. At Casa FuenteLargo we can book golf 'T' times prior to yur arrival this saves disappointment as courses can get very busy, we would require a deposit.

We charge on a daily basis in the low season, which runs from the 2nd week in September to the week before Easter, at £10.00 per person with a minimum of £40.00 for 3 days. In the high season this goes up to £15.00 with a minimum of £60.00 for 3 days. We have not increased our prices since 2007 and this year we have added the use of a car and wi fi.
