Accommodation : 3 floors plus roof terrace and balconies.- 1) Self contained apartment (this is a small self contained apartment, part of the villa, with separate entrance), 2 Bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes - one with additional small room off this room with steel frame full size bunk bed, family bathroom with shower and WC. Open plan living /dining room with bed settee, dining table and chairs, kitchen with equipment including electric hob with 4 rings, fridge all utensils. Main Villa - First and second floor. Kitchen equipment includes electric oven, hob microwave fridge /freezer utility room with washer iron etc. The open plan living /dining room has 2 sofas, a dining table and chairs, TV (British channels) and air conditioning: Bedrooms - 2 with double beds, built in wardrobes, air conditioning, 1 with balcony, family bathroom/WC with bath and shower. There is a solarium on the roof with sun lounges 
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and is one of several properties on an immaculately kept community, sharing a swimming pool. You will find everything you could possible need for a Spanish holiday; beautiful, clean beaches, ( total of 38 Blue Flag beaches 2 of which are at Guadamar and La Marina, a short drive away) some 14 golf courses to choose from including La Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamor La Manga and La Finca. The local coarse is only five min drive away. This region enjoys good year-round temperatures.

There are some 14 golf courses to choose from in the area including Villamartin, Las Ramblas,Royal Campoamar. We are a short drive from the newly opened, stunning 'La Finca' course at Algorfa (hosting the Spanish Open Rojales) has its own course - Le Marquesa, is only 2 miles away from the villa and offers very reasonable green fees and a very good choice of restaurants, bars and a very good take-away Further golf details on request

The apartment and the villa are not rented separately. bookings per week only part week charged at pro rata rate for bookings of more than 2 weeks. Please contact the owners to book. 20% deposit is required to confirm booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before holiday commences. Booking deposits are not refundable. A £100 refundable deposit is requested to cover breakages
