Only 5 minutes from Guardamar Del Segura Marina with restaurants and bars stretching along the harbour. You are a 10 minute walk from Guardamar Del Segura centre that is overflowing with bars restaurants street cafes and bars plus a nightly market stretching down to the promenade selling just about everything.

    • The accommodation is over 3 floors and comprises: Ground Floor Living room with dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, sofa and, TV. Kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cooker with hob and oven, microwave, iron with board and all other utensils. Air-Conditioned master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes two bedside cabinets. Air-Conditioned Bedroom 2 with two single beds fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet. Patio doors which lead out to sun terrace and communal pool. The pool is available between May and October. Bathroom has bath shower, toilet, bidet and twin wash basins. Lower Ground Floor Spacious lounge with 2 seater sofa, 3 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed, sideboard and TV. First Floor Sun terrace with BBQ and sunloungers. Air-Conditioned Bedroom 3 with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. With it's own private balcony. Bathroom consists of bath shower, toilet and wash basin.

    • Situated within 5 minutes of probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca with beautiful walks through parklands and sand dunes and close to modern Marina with all the facilities. 
     
    Within 15 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, 35 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  
    No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas.  
     
    Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies which is 15 minute drive.

    Seasons & Weekly Rental Dates and Prices Price for 6 persons For up to 8 persons please add 50 GBP a week to the price above. Long Lets available at £800 a month plus bills. Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. We can accept payment through PayPal but a small charge will need to be added if using this method. There is also a returnable damage deposit. For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, but please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 66 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.
