Situated on the eastern side of Quesada, this two-bedroom villa is only a few kilometres from Guardamar on the Costa Blanca, Spain, which boasts 15km of white, unspoilt beaches backed by sandunes and washed by the warm Mediteranean  
 
Description 
Completed in 2002 and tastefully furnished throughout, the villa has the luxury of two bathrooms (one en-suite), spacious lounge with South and West aspects, fitted kitchen and utility and a roof-top solarium where you can soak up the whole day’s sun. On the Eastern aspect, patio doors lead from the master bedroom onto a terraced courtyard, idealic for that sunshine breakfast, whilst on the West a raised, arched integral pergola is perfect for that evening meal.LCD tv and DVD plaver in the lounge. 
 
The villa also has the benefit of sharing a swimming pool with only 15 (usually 25 – 50) other residences 
 
Suitability 
All in all a Sunworshiper’s Paradise. Ideal for golfers too, for closeby is Quesada’s 18 hole golf course. Only a short drive away are the golf courses of Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and the Internationally renowned Campoamar Course. 
 
Those seeking a bit of activity can walk the hardly used roadtrack east to Guardamar following the irrigation channel as it winds its way through groves of orange, lemon, olives and artichokes. 
 
Further a field is Alicante, the Capital of this region with its charming castle ruins, marina-side cafes, shops, beaches and sophisticated nightlife.
