Main Description
Secure gated entrance to a beautiful 2 bed apartment with fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower bidet and vanity unit. Seperate fully tiled kitchen with all white goods to include fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker and hob, microwave all cooking untensils, coffee machine, china, cutlery etc:
Both large bedrooms have wardrobes with hanging space and the main bedroom has fitted draws within the wardrobe, bedside table and lamps in both rooms. Lounge has seating for 4 at the dining table there is also a comfortable settee and chair. TV and DVD player as well as a radio and over 100 DVD films to watch and lots of books to read.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided all you need to bring are your own beach towels.The balcony has table and four chairs and overlooks the communal pool.
The apartment is managed by our spanish agents who would meet you at the apartment with the keys and show you around. If you wish to be collected for either Alicante or Murcia airport they can do this for you at a small cost.
The complex is cleaned every day and the waste bins outside are emptied in high season every day.

Travel
Alicante airport is only 30 mins drive
Murcia airport is 45 mins drive, both on the main motorway N332
Taxis can be hired just outside arrivals at either airport.

Car Hire
A car can be rented either by searching the web and booking on line or at the Airport, do suggest in high season that the car is booked before you arrive.

This large apartment is only 18 months old. 2 Bedrooms seperate kitchen, balcony overlooking communal pool with views to the river Del Segura and mountain range.Ample parking, supermarket within 2 minute walk away with the town only 5 minute walk.Although everything is within walking distance we do suggest hiring a car to visit places such as: Alicante, La Marina with another glorious beach and restaurant, Elche for shoes, Murcia for the La Liga football and shopping malls, Torrevieja with all the shops you could wish for great restaurants and a daily market held along the water front. To reach these places of interest the main road is the N332 motorway which is the coast road right through the Costa Blanca and goes right down to Almeria.Markets are held all over the area of different days of the week and the information can be found in the literature in the apartment.Morrish christian carnivals held in Guardamar throughout the year.

Rates

Low Season Price : €250
High Season Price : €375 per Week

A £100 sterling deposit is required to confirm a booking this deposit is returned 7-14 days after your holiday once our agents have checked the apartment for any breakages or damage.Should you not arrive for your holiday or you cancel up to 6 weeks before holiday starts the deposit will not be returned. On arrival you will be asked to pay our agents in full for your stay in Euros. There is a charge of 30 euros for cleaning and 15 euros for laundry payable in advance to the agents on arrival. Should you loose the keys to the apartment you can contact the agents who will arrange to get you back in but of course the cost is down to you for calling them out.
You can of course pay the owners in sterling 8 weeks prior to holiday dates which will entitle you to a 10% discount, but the cleaning and laundry charges must be made to the agents on arrival at the apartment.
