We are within walking distance of lovely, sandy beaches, the old town and the sports marina. You do not necessarily need a car but hiring one will bring you access to the great surrounding areas of coastal and inland Valencia. 
 
The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible by lifts or stairs. The balcony overlooks the pool and is great to have a meal or a glass of wine before venturing out. 
 
No need to pack any towels or hairdryers and we even have games etc to keep the children entertained. 
 
If you are visiting relatives but want to stay nearby - we are about 15 mins from Torrevieja, Rojales, Villamartin, La Marina, Elche, Santa Pola. It's a great base with lots to do and plenty of weekly markets. There are 2 waterparks within 20 minutes and a circus in the summer opposite the supermarket. if you come in July, you will get to see the famous Moors and Christians fiesta where the whole town joins in for 5 days and nights of merriment! 
 
Even if we are showing no availability for your selected dates, please still get in touch with us as we have apartment owners in the immediate vacinity who may be able to help. Also if you are a party of more than 8, we may be able to book you all together. Great if you are celebrating a special occasion.

    Bookings. We require a deposit of £50 to book the apartment. There is also a £100 damage deposit, which is refunded immediately on positive inspection of the apartment. Full payment becomes due 10 weeks prior to your departure date. If you would prefer, we will also take credit/debit card bookings over the phone. Or you can send us a cheque. Bookings will take on 'confirmed' status once funds have cleared. On booking, we will send you our terms & conditions, a copy of which you must sign and send back to us. No smoking is permitted in the apartment and we do not allow pets. Longer term or winter lets? Please get in touch with us if you wish to rent the apartment for a longer period. Airport Transfers . Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost. This is paid directly to the driver. Car hire . There is a company we have used many times that we can reccommend, rentspain.com.
