This lovely light and spacious apartment is just 10 minutes walk from golden sands which have the Euro blue flag for quality and cleanliness. Only 5 minutes from Marina with restaurants and bars. You are a 10 minute walk from Guardamar centre that is overflowing with bars restaurants street cafes and bars plus nightly market stretching along the promenade selling just about everything.

Easy access to the N332 coast road with Cartegena to the south and Alicante to the north. Benidorm is only an hour away with all the theme parks and beautiful scenery along the coast. Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies which is 15 minute drive and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 12 minute drive from this property. A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Within a 15 minute drive there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, 35 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses at Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.

There is a returnable damage deposit (£100) required at the time of booking.

For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are available. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 55 euros payable on arrival.
