We invite you to enjoy this beauty with a stay in our luxury apartment where you can watch the sun rise over the sea in the morning and the sunset over the mountains in the evening. Our well equipped, modern front line apartment not only offers you the privacy that you want on your holiday but also offers you the facilities you deserve.
Our apartment in Guardamar is bound to meet your requirements whatever the reason you want to visit the Costa Blanca. Perfect for a romantic getaway, ideal for family beach holidays, well situated for some of the top golf courses in Spain and perfectly placed for those who like to walk, cycle or enjoy nature.
Why not start your day by taking breakfast our large sun terrace whilst soaking up the sun and admiring the unspoiled sea views across the lush green Pine and Eucalyptus forest.
Inside the apartment you are treated to a bright, modern open plan living area which adjoins the modern well equipped kitchen. Open the large windows at the front of the living area to enjoy a warm summer breeze whilst sipping a glass of fine Valencian wine as you watch the Costa Blanca sunshine shimmering on the sea.
Admire an array of birds as you take a walk along the river to the marina. Here you will find a fabulous fish restaurant where you can take lunch or an evening meal whilst looking out over the water. Or why not stop in the friendly open air café where you can have a drink and a bite to eat whilst you admire the luxurious boats moored here and watch the world go by.
The bedrooms too are bright and comfortable and offer the same fantastic views over the forest and out to sea.
Our apartment is ideally situated in a quiet residential area, where you can spend your time relaxing around the communal swimming pool which rarely gets busy. There is also a small play area to keep your children happy if you have any.
A five minute walk away you will find a large, well stocked supermarket where you can get all the provisions you will need.
There is a small commercial centre with a diverse collection of bars and restaurants near by and we are only a short walk away from the main high street where you can either stroll into Guardamar town centre via shops, cafés and some local bars or get one of the frequent and cheap mini buses.

We can also arrange for airport transfers at a reasonable rate all paid locally to our representatives in Spain if you do not want to drive.
The apartment sleeps 4 but we also have a zbed for small children and a travel cot for babies

Facilities
The final clean and electricity costs are included. Linen includes beach towels. We do not charge a meet and greet fee for handing over the keys. There is a large well stocked supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Activities
Due to it's ideal location and excellent public transport, the facilities are not limited to Guardamar. Alicante, Benidorm, Torrevieja and many more are within easy reach. We are also close to some of the best golf courses in spain.
Guardamar benefits from 13km of wide golden sandy blue flag beaches, and those who like to walk or cycle can enjoy the beautiful Pine and Eucalyptus forest that lies directly opposite the apartment.
Boat trips & summertime water sports are available from the Marina close by. Fishermen can fish alone, or join the locals fishing along the fabulous beaches or from the harbour. It is also possible to be taken out for days with local British fishermen to some of the lakes in the area.
Guardamar has a huge array of fantastic restaurants offering both local and international cuisine and the low prices of good wine both in the supermarkets and restaurants.

- Travel Info: The Sunrise Apartment at Guardamar del Segura is easy to reach from both Alicante and Murcia airports, transfers can be arranged from either airport on your behalf if you require it. There is an excellent bus service to most of the major towns and cities in the region and a good taxi service. Also several companies run organised trips should you wish to use them.

Deposit: An initial deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, this is non refundable. Full payment & Damage Deposit: This will be required 10 weeks prior to travel, at this time we will also require a refundable damage deposit (The final clean and check is carried out when you leave). Cancellation Policy: We operate a cancellation policy, for full details please contact us. Payment: We can accept payment by cheque, bankers draft or direct bank transfer. We can accept payment via Paypal but a %5 charge will need to be added if using this method.
