Ideally located just south of Alicante and close to the international airport, Gran Alacant is convenient for Benidorm, Terra Mitica and the North Costa Blanca - making it a very popular resort town. The investment and development is continuing, building the infrastructure to take full advantage of the town's wide sandy beaches and dunes.

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and Alicante international airport only 10 minute drive. 6 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property.

Gran Alacant is a mainly residential area just a few miles south of Alicante and just to the north of the traditional Spanish seaside town of Santa Pola. Nestling in the hills above Alicante Bay, there are stunning views across to the city and the castle of Santa Barbara and northwards to the Crevillente Mountains. The few miles distance to the airport make Gran Alacant a particularly good place to stay as you can be in your holiday rental accommodation in less than an hour from landing and, because it is not on the flight path, there is no aircraft noise. Gran Alacant is convenient for Benidorm, Terra Mitica and the North Costa Blanca Spain- making it a very popular resort town. There are five good quality supermarkets and all are less than 5 minutes drive from the property, some within walking distance, as are a number of restaurants and bars.

This 4 bedroom Villa with private 10 x 5 metre pool is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 10 minutes from Alicante airport. in a quiet location and away from main roads. Less than 5 minute drive to the blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

    • Within 45 minute drive you have 5 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap and within 20 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

There is a one off cleaning charge of 75 Euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available
