Vacation Rental Description
This spacious traditional two storey Spanish townhouse is tastefully furnished with comfort in mind. The corner plot position offers extra space and a patio ideal for sun worshippers to work on their tan. For the shade seekers there is a terrace with a table and 4 chairs. This tastefully furnished property has a lounge / dining room with oak beamed ceiling and tiles on the ground floor. A fully equipped kitchen, shower room/toilet and galleria. A TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi with CD's DVDs and a choice of paperbacks completes the level. A beautiful marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms with one double and 2 single beds. A bathroom completes this level. A large sun balcony is accessed from the main bedroom through sliding doors. 2 resident communal swimming pools are available and a hot plate is on hand for your holiday barbeques. A choice of 5 beautiful beaches 5 minutes away offer the traditional Mediterranean sand & sea Spain is renown for.
As non smokers we intend to maintain this arrangement inside the property. We would ask all guests to respect this however we have no objection to people smoking outside the property on the balcony or the terrace provided the appropriate care is taken.
As the property is two storey, access to the top floor may not be suitable for all people.
The outside of the property comprises of a garden which has a large patio with 2 sun loungers and 2 comfortable padded reclining chairs. The 2 private communal pools are 1 minute away. Both are gated with access using a key which is provided for the residents and their guests. Both pools are of a moderate size, have parasols plus benches and have children’s pools along side the larger pool. Both enjoy adequate privacy and are popular with all visitors to the properties that have the right to use them.

- Travel Info: Alicante airport is just 10 minutes away by car. Arrangements to collect visitors can be arranged in advance however this will involve a small charge. There are a number of car rental companies situated at the airport. Directions to the property will be given and maps are available at the property.
Owner Location Comment
Our property is more a home than a rental and that is because we are new to renting and have furnished our property as a home with comfort in mind. We now rent simply to cover our costs rather than make a profit.
We chose this location because it is very convenient being only 10 minutes from the airport, close to the supermarkets so we can collect groceries on the way and is situated in a quiet residential area that is close to the beach and walking distance to local restaurants.
Our objective is to offer you precisely what we look for when planning a holiday that can be either restful or active if sightseeing is high on the priority list. Whatever your pleasure our property is great for chilling or for use as a comfortable base.
