Vista Bahia in Spanish means Bay View and this two bedroomed town house property lives up to its name. Located at the top of the hill in Gran Alacant just two minutes from the beautiful safe beach of Arenales it looks out over the Bay of Alicante up the Costa Blanca coastline towards Benidorm. The house was newly built in 2004 and is tastefully decorated to a good standard. The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor a front patio area,a large lounge/dining area with TV/DVD (receives English chanels), one sofa bed and seating for up to six people and a fully equipped kitchen with oven & hob, large fridge/ freezer and a washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a separate W.C with hand wash basin. 
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The master bedroom has a large built in wardrobe with 4 sliding doors and a small balcony with views all around. The second bedroom also has a built in double wardrobe with mirrored doors. The beds are 3ft wide for extra comfort and both bedrooms are hot/cold air conditioned. 
The bathroom, also on this floor, has a bath, shower and bidet. The washbasin has a vanity unit beneath for storage. 
There is a sun terrace on the roof of the property where you can sunbathe on the sunbeds and loungers provided or just take in the fantastic views.

    We require a £100.00 non refundable deposit on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. In addition to the rental a one off cleaning charge of 45 Euros is payable locally on arrival. This charge includes provision of all bedding and house towels but not beach towels. Payment is prefered by sterling cheque but bank transfers are accepted by arrangement.
