This top floor duplex apartment in Altomar3 has an excellent location with all round views of the sea, communal pool, Alicante, the Crevillent Mountains and the national park. The interior is finished to a very high standard. The lounge/diner is spacious with dining table and four chairs. There is also a sofa bed which makes sleeping 6 possible. It has one double bedroom and one with twin beds. Each room has ample storage and built in wardrobes and fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster electric kettle. Blinds and security grills are fitted for both security reasons and shade. The solarium is spacious with a dining area, table and chairs and sun loungers. It catches sun all day. There is dedicated underground car parking, however the excellent bus services to all major centres mean a car is not a necessity. Five minutes walk away is a 7 km superb sandy beach with bars, shops and restaurants.  
 
Los Arenales village lies alongside a seven kilometre excellent, safe, sandy beach, ideal for relaxation 10 minutes drive from Alicante Airport. Arenales has a distinctive Spanish ambiance with its bars and resturants catering for locals as well as those with holiday homes. The two kilometre palm-lined promenade runs along the beach ideal for an evening paseo (or rollerblading for the energetic). The village has an excellent bus service to the bustling, beautiful Mediterranean city of Alicante(10 km) with its bars, restaurants, historic 'barrio', international marina and the spectacular castle of Santa Barbara and to historic Elche (12 km) with its palm groves and links to Moorish Spain. Santa Pola is also a short bus ride away whilst the multi-national Gran Alacant with its commercial centre, bars and restaurants is within walking distance. Los Arenales backs on to a large area of national park ideal for walks and hiking.

Wind surfers and paragliders regularly use the cliffs at Gran Alacant, for the more liesurely there is a bowling green in Gran Alacant.

Deposit of £100 required to confirm booking this will be returned in full within 10 days of departure provided there are no breakages and that cleaning/laundry charges have been met. Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to the date of the booking. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Payment can be made electronically - bank details will be provided. Payment is acceptable in euros subject to currency adjustments. Cleaning/laundry charge is €50 to be left with property services manager. Daily rates are available upon negotiatin with owner.
