Outside there is a 10m pool with sheltered terraces, gardens and patios in a walled 1300m2 area. Electric gate, Large Solarium. Parking for five cars. 10mins to beach and marina in the town of el Campello. The property is in a private cul de sac only a few minutes from the mountain village of Busot. The village has restuarnts, bars, shops, a bank, and other facilities. It is based at the base of a 1300m high mountain with magnificent views.

A deposit of 25% of the booking cost has to paid immediately on booking. the Balance has to be paid six weeks before the holiday commences. All clients must have their own holiday and liability insurance.
