Vacation Rental Description
This luxurious and spacious detached villa commanding a breathtaking panoramic view of sea and mountains, is set in a quiet location high above the orange groves on the hillside of Monte Pego. It is situated approx. 5 miles from the sea and two miles from the old Spanish town of Pego. Tastefully furnished, the accommodation is on one level and comprises: large circular lounge with log burning fire place, Sky TV, DVD + Sony CD Hi Fi, separate dining area opening onto the covered terrace with a dining table and six chairs, which leads to the sun terrace with adjoining large private heated pool (11m x 6m) + roman steps. This leads to the Spanish style covered bar and BBQ with sink and food preparation area where you can eat “al fresco” and enjoy the view of the spectacular sunsets over the mountains! There is an outside hot/cold shower, sun loungers and parasol with a beautiful tiled Spanish style table and seating, for breakfasts in the sun! There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring: fridge freezer, halogen hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine is situated in the downstairs utility room, where a cool box and beach parasol are stored for your use.

The Costa Blanca offers mile after mile of beautiful beaches and virtually year round sunshine.It remains one of the most scenic areas of Spain where unspoilt fishing villages and historic towns are found between miles of white sandy beaches.
The area is renowned by the World Health Organisation for being particularly beneficial to health. Our villa is situated in the centre of the region on a spectacular part of the coast near Denia and the nearest sandy beach is less than 15 mins drive.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity. The closest golf course is situated in Oliva (approx 10 mins drive). There is also an excellent Golf Course called La Sella at the Denia Marriott Hotel, approx 20 mins drive away. Numerous other golf courses are within 1 hours' drive.
Skiing
Ski-ing is available at the winter ski resorts of Valdelinares and Javalambre, which are just over 2 hours drive north of Monte Pego.

Distances
Pego is 5-10 mins drive from the villa. Denia is 20 mins drive. Valencia is 1hr drive north of the villa. Alicante is 1hr drive to the south. Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Dolphinarium are all near Benidorm, which is approx 30 mins. drive south.

Health & Beauty Salon is a 2 mins from villa. The BellaVista club is a 10 minute walk (uphill ! ), which has a fitness room, Heated indoor pool (20m x 8m) for use in low season and a very large outdoor pool (charges apply, '5' euros. p.p. per/day) and a sports/TV bar + also a very good restaurant.
At the entrance to Monte Pego, there is a Bank, a lovely restaurant (which do amazing BBQs every Friday during the summer) and a bar. Fiestas are held in the local towns and villages all through the summer and Easter in Spain is particularly worth seeing, with all the parades!

Prices are for up to 6 people per week in UK Pounds. Pool heating extra £70 per week. There is a charge of £45 per extra person, per week, with a maximum of 8 people. There is no extra charge for the cot, highchair, or bedguard. Longstay discount 4 weeks 10%. Last minute discount (2 weeks before) 25% off. Email for late availability and price reduction. Late Offer - Jan, Feb, March, Only - £350 p/w - Last Minute Discount - Check availaibility or look at our Webb Site. Changeover day Rental starts and ends on Saturdays.( High season only), Odd day (min 4)for bookings only taken during lower seasons. Villa available on day of arrival from 3pm, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning.

'A most beautiful villa - great attention to detail throughout, making it so easy to manage. Great space and airiness for a family.
