Vacation Rental Description
Located in the hills above the picturesque village of Benidoleig, only 2km away, enjoying spectacular views of the valley the sea and the Denia coast line, Denia is only 15km away. Very quiet location, but within walking distance there is a private club house for food, snacks and drinks, plus tennis, and two additional pools, ideal for the kids to go and meet new friends. The villa is very well equipped in order to give you a home from home feeling. Prices include weekly clean and clean laundry, bathroom towels and beach towels. Let us know what you need and we can arrange it for you. A basic welcome food pack is also provided and if you require a full shop just send us your shopping list and we will do it for you (at cost price).

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 double bed.

Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 as a shower room en-suite, and bedrooms 2,3 and 4 share a full bathroom.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave - plus you have another fridge in the outside bar. There is also a washing machine.
Utility Room: Utility room with washing machine.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge dining and kitchen area, with Sky TV and DVD.
Other: Outside pool terrace with large gas BBQ, plus ample seating area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Prices include weekly clean and clean laundry, bathroom towels and beach towels. Let us know what you need and we can arrange it for you. Welcome food pack is also provided and if you require a full shop just send us your shopping list!
Notes on accommodation
Feel free to book from any day of the week. Maybe you can get cheaper flights on other days than Saturday. The villa is also available for long winter lets, come and enjoy a Winter away from the cold!

Accessibility
The villa is located on a flat plot, with a total area of 2000sq.m, but you have some 6 steps to access the main area, and another 10 steps to access the pool area, but in general access is easy.
Outside
The pool area is a lovely area, with ample seating area, BBQ area, a private pool side bar fully stocked and with extra fridge to avoid not having space in the kitchen fridge. The pool is a large 10 x 5. The villa is located in a luxury development and all villas are set in large plots with plenty of space. Close by you also have a private bar restaurant with tennis and pool.
Coast/Beach
The coast of Denia is only 14km away with over 15km of beaches. Plus the towns of Javea and Moraira a little further.
Golf
La Sella Golf is only 15 min drive.
Skiing
Valldelinares is 2 hours drive.
Special interest holidays
The local area is ideal for walking and cycling.
Travel
You can fly into either Alicante or Valencia airport, only 1 hours drive away, we can also offer an airport pick up service.

The local village of Benidoleig is 2km away, 3 min in the car.
Further details
The village of Benidoleig is only 2km away with bakers, supermarket, bars restaurant, newsagent and bank with ATM. Ondara and the new shopping complex is only 8km away plus large supermarkets. Denia 15km away. Javea 20km away. Most villages in the area have Summer festivals - we will keep you updated of events. Plus the local bar has live music once a week you can walk to it but you cant hear it from the villa.
Booking notes
A 100 pound deposit will reserve the villa for 2 weeks so you have time to book flights, then we will require a 50% deposit and balance one month before arrival. A 250 euro cash security deposit will be required on arrival. You don't have to book Saturday to Saturday.
