Villa Miranda sits on a mountainside overlooking orange groves, mountains and the sea. Built in the local finca style with ceramic tiled floors and vaulted ceilings, the villa is modern but with lots of character. The furnishings are of a higher standard than many rental properties. After a day spent round the pool, watch the sun go down as the distant twinkling lights of Pego signal the end of another relaxing day. Enjoy a barbeque on the rear terrace or contemplate eating out at one of the many restaurants in the area. There's lots to do if you can tear yourself away - the surrounding countryside and beaches are spectacular.
Bedrooms 1 (with ensuite bath/shower room) & 2 are airconditioned and situated on the upper level, along with another shower room, lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is satellite TV (inc.Sky Sports) and a stereo/DVD system. Outside there are beautiful landscaped gardens and terraces as well as the large pool. Heating is available for the winter months.
There are two more bedrooms on the lower level. These are reached by a separate external staircase and they have a shared en-suite shower room. A £200 per week reduction will apply for 2-4 person occupancy. The lower bedrooms will be out of use when the property is occupied by up to 4 persons.

A £200 returnable deposit is required on booking. This will be returned within 7 days of the return date subject to our Terms & Conditions (see our website). The full cost will be invoiced 6 weeks prior to the departure date. If full payment has not been made at least 6 weeks prior to the departure date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

CANCELLATION OF HOLIDAY. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance that covers cancellation. However, the following cancellation charges will apply:
If a cancellation is made more than 6 weeks before intended departure,only the deposit is forfeited. Otherwise charges are:
2-6 weeks before departure: 50% of holiday cost. Less than 2 weeks before departure: 100%.

Payment by cheque or bank transfer. Euros welcome at prevailing rate of exchange.
