The apartment is light and airy and comfortable. It has a large comfortable built in seating area. The area is open plan to the inside dining area with table and chairs.
The balcony gets the sun all through the day and into the early evening. It is equipped with a larger dining table and chairs and outside sun furniture. It has a lovely view of the pool and the stunning mountains.
Denia is a very short drive away. It is easily walkable, taking approx 15 minutes.
There are a number of good restaurants and bars just a 3 min walk away. A supermarket can also be found very close by. The beach which stretches for 14 km is also just a 3 min walk away and has a number of very nice cafes on it. It is a very peaceful beach area.
Benidorm, with its shopping, nightlife and much livelier way is 40 minutes drive.
A selection of water sports are available nearby.
There is also horseriding, and two good golf clubs nearby.

There is a large newly built shopping complex a short drive away containing large and specialist shops of interest. There are local supermarkets and bakers within walking distance. Restaurants and bars are close by and there are some very good places to dine.
