This luxurious penthouse has been lovingly furnished and well-equipped which makes it feel like a real 'home-from-home'.  
It has 3 twin bedrooms but can sleep 8 with z-beds. There are 2 full bathrooms (1 en suite).  
 
The enormous terrace (13m x 8m) has its own jacuzzi from which you can sip your glass of chilled cava whilst admiring the spectacular panoramic views across the orange groves, to the Montgó Natural Park and the sea.  
 
The pool is set in beautiful gardens and has its own wonderful view across to the Montgó mountain and La Sella Golf Course. 
 
An elevator makes the apartment wheelchair friendly. Parking is private & secure. The apartment has marble floors, air con, heating and a video entry system. 
 
The bright & airy kitchen has a breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher, etc for your entertainment we have DVD, CD & MP3 players with a good selection of books, DVDs, CDs and games (including a poker set!).  
 
The satellite TV has free-view British channels (limited by local reception) - but you won't want to watch TV as the view is so fab!! The open diner / lounge has SAT TV and FREE WIFI Broadband!!!! 
 
If there is a match that you just have to see then the Giramondo bar/restaurant 300m away will oblige.  
 
The La Sella Resort is one hour drive from Valencia or Alicante airports. It has an 18 hole Championship Golf course with its own golf academy and driving range and there is also a spa for non-golfers. At the centre of La Sella is the tennis club with its excellent coaching facilities, the La Sella riding school, excellent restaurant, pharmacy, launderette and small shop. 
 
Mid-week changeovers are welcome - why not take advantage of the cheaper flights? Weekend and long-term lets are available and negotiable - call or e-mail for a quote. Paypal payments are welcome (2% surcharge).  
 
Our agent will meet & greet you and provide a welcome pack if required.
