This is a luxury 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom / 2 terrace apartment which is on the front line of the 13th, 14th & 15th holes of La Sella golf course. It can sleep 6 with z-beds. 
 
The lovely interior is furnished to a very high standard with leather furniture, marble tiles throughout and an attractive kitchen which has been finished with granite work surfaces. The lounge is light and airy with large picture windows to maximise the breathtaking location.  
 
The apartment is extremely well equipped with central heating and air-conditioning and has a real 'home from home' feel. 
 
The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, grill, 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board.  
 
The living room / dining area can comfortably seat 6. For your entertainment there is a TV, DVD/CD/MP3 players, a good selection of books, DVDs, CDs and games. And, of course, there is the stunning view. 
 
The large back terrace has direct views to the 14th green, the beautiful Montgó mountain and the pool. It can be accessed from the living room or the main bedroom.  
The second terrace overlooks the beautiful front garden and is accessed directly from the second bedroom.  
The 13th fairway of La Sella is seen from the poolside. The 15th fairway from the upper garden.  
 
The smart La Sella development is one hour drive from Alicante or Valencia airports and has an 18 hole championship golf course, tennis club, spa, riding school, restaurants, bar and pharmacy. The golf club has a driving range and excellent golf academy. The tennis facilities on La Sella are excellent and the coaching available is renowned. Yards from the tennis club are the riding stables. 
 
Mid-week changeovers are welcome – so why not take advantage of the cheaper flights? Weekend and long-term lets are available and negotiable - call or e-mail for a quote.

    • La Sella has a stunning 18-hole golf course, spa, riding school and tennis. The excellent La Sella tennis club has 8 courts & top coaches. The adjacent Montgó National Park has excellent walking/hiking. Dénia’s lovely beaches, sailing, Scuba diving and sea fishing are just 5 kms away.  
    Dénia is a delightful sea-faring town, rich in history and culture with a modern cosmopolitan character. The picturesque fisherman's quarter & new marina are hidden gems. Dénia is also a living town with year-round fiestas and excellent shopping - clothes, leather goods and toys. The many restaurants feature dishes of the area.  
    Nearby Javea & Moraira with their pretty harbours have good facilities & activities for the family - safe sandy beaches and water sports. Inland from Javea is the Jalon Valley - a fragrant visit when the almond is in blossom. Valencia – 1 hour away - is a MUST with a fantastic mix of old/new.
