Modern kitchen including full hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle,fridge/freezer. 
Bathroom with full size bath and shower unit. Washing machine. Plenty of wardrobe space! 
Large terrace with 6 seater table and 2 sun loungers. 
Private entrance, and locked main gate to complex, making the garden and pool area safe and secure.

Just 3 mins walk from the local supermarket, and commercial centre with bars and restaurants. 
Also just 3 mins walk to the beach (driving is also easy, with plenty of parking nearby) 
Just 50m to the nearest bar/restaurant & Shop/Bakery. Just around the corner is "Dutch Alley" well know for its great restaurants & bars, including the best Rib-House in Denia!

Towels changed twice weekly, bedding changed once weekly. Apartment cleaned before arrival & after departure.
