Vacation Rental Description
The 'Calisto' elegance apartment at Denia is in a perfect location to visit throughout the year. With Denia being an enchanting Spanish port town with a reputation for having the most fiestas, carnivals etc there is always a great place to visit as you'll always find somthing to keep you busy! The beautiful, spacious,south facing apartment has marbled floors and designer fittings throughout, a well equipped kitchen with everything you would need in a holiday home. 'Calisto' is situated on a contemporary, safe gated complex with a Dolphin pool with 'lowering' chair for the less-abled and a toddler pool alongside it. Also there is an air-conditioned gymnasium, fitness areas, saunas, IT centre with computer(wi-fi included), safe play area and large patio and communal gardens. A concierge service is available during working hours. 'Calisto' is ideally situated being a few minutes walk from sandy beaches, and beautiful cobbled tree lined streets filled with cafe bars over spilling onto the pavements and designer boutiques to browse in. Denia is well worth visiting for it's historic monuments alone of which there are plenty to explore around the town.
Restaurants are spectacular in Denia where top quality dining can be had at very reasonable prices with Castillian and Mediterranean cuisine excelling. For excellent value don't miss 'menu del dia'.
Denia's climate is exceedingly favourable with an average 325 sunny days per annum and an average 19.2 degrees Celsius. With such a favourable climate 'Calistoelegance' at Denia is all things to all people for all ages, with a wide choice of oportunities to do as much or as little as one wants. The winters generally range from a low of around 5 degrees celsuis but still plenty of sunshine to be found, with summers reaching highs of 40 degrees celsuis!
The beach of Denia stretches for 20kms and has a trademark golden sands and is popular for its quality and a variety of watersports are offered - you'll soon come to love Denia beach. Sport plays an important role in Denia with deep sea fishing, scuba diving, quad/mountain biking, sailing, football, rugby to name a few - Elegance is fast becoming popular with the professional cyclists to stay during the winter for the training season.
Denia carries a vast history with a vast choice of museums and chuches along with the hill top castle to explore, which dates back to the 11th Century, in which the Archaeogical museum is located.
The Montgo National Park contains a hugh variety of flora and fauna and has a number of marked out walking routes. There is a road winding through the mountain to Jaeva (Xabia)- a thrill to drive but not for the faint hearted!
At the end of the day the fish market is to be enjoyed where there is an oportunity to purchase fresh caught fish of the day at the auctions.
Facilities
the Elegance complex is fast becoming popular with professional cyclists and we can offer safe facilities to groups who would like to bring along their own specialist equipement. Also cycling tours can be arranged along with bike hire. Coaching is possible for tennis/golf etc. For special occasions flowers, chocolates etc can be arranged by request. Locally prepared meals available from the local restaurants and welcome packs can be provided. We offer complete backup with our apartment with a local management company being on hand for emergencies, they also supply meet and greet, apartment orientation and if required airport transfers. A small,electronic safe is available for your personal valubles A travel cot to use at the apartment free of charge but renters must bring their own baby bedding.

25% total cost with payable with booking with the remaining 75% to be paid in full by 8 weeks before the rental commences. It is possible to make the 75% payment in stages as lond as it is paid in full by 8 weeks before rental starts. A refundable breakages deposit is required of £200 - which will be refunded on vacation of apartment. A cancellation policy applies as follows: Over 16 weeks in advance - loss of deposit only 50 - 112 days - 50% refund 22 - 50 days - 30% refund 10 - 21 days - 15% refund Under 10 days there is no refund but we will try to give alternative dates.
