El Vergel is 12 Klm north of Denia on the coast road, with easy access to the motorway, for either Alicante or Valencia airports 
 
A car is recommended 
 
The apartment is in a gated community, and very private. 
The garden area has two pools, 1 of which is a childrens splash pool.  
The secure area is motor vehicle free, 
 
All rooms have full air conditioning and Heating 
 
My apartments has 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin both with fitted wardrobes and can sleep 4 people in comfort .There is a family bathroom, with a shower over the bath, and a Shower room, both have a wc fitted, 
 
The lounge is larger than normal, and is fully fitted with a three seater and two seater sofa`s TV dining table and 4 chairs 
 
The kitchens are fully fitted with the usual pots and pans, Dishwasher microwave,Toaster  
 
Outside utility room with fitted Washing machine and sink  
 
Car parking to the front of the building. 
 
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs or a lift 
 
THIS RESIDENCIA IS FAMILY ORIENTATED  
 
 
 
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE OR ON THE OUTSIDE TERRACE

    • The pool and extensive gardens are a suntrap, and the area id not directley overlooked. A 5/10 min walk will take you to super sandy beaches which stretch for miles both ways, Near the sea front ib el Verger are fish restuarnts and are totally local Spanish influenced

    • The gymnasium is privatly owned and is across the road from the apartments.  
    The wildlife park is a five minute drive away in El Verger 
    There is a main line train ( the lemon Train ) which travels from Denia to Alicante, and runs along the coast, and calls at all station along the way, Benidorm, and the water park, a good way to see the costa blanca north, at a reasonable cost

    Change over day is flexible. there is a 65 € cleaning charge for holidays of 1 week, for holidays of two weeks the charge 95 € as towels and bedding are changed at the end of each week, and the apartment is cleaned thoroughly during your stay IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE APARTMENT TOWELS TO THE BEACH OR POOL Prices are for each apartment NOT PER PERSON-- MAXIMUM 4 PERSONS THIS IS A NO SMOKING APARTMENT PAYMENT TERMS 30% 0f rental charges with instructions. Balance plus Breakage returnable deposit 0f 120 € and cleaning fee 6 weeks before arrival Breakages deposit returned 7 days after departure. LONG LETS ARE PLUS ELECTRIC AND WATER CHARGES DIRECT TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES
