A basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, water and milk is included in the rental price. A 20% deposit is payable upon booking with the remainder due at least 8 weeks before the rental starts. There will also be a £150 breakages and key deposit payable with the final amount. This will be refunded at the end of the rental period.

The rental period is from 4pm on the first day to 10am on the last day unless prior arrangements are made.

If the rental period covers more than one price zone then you will be charged per day in each zone.

Your rental can start and finish on any day and can be for any length of time, subject to availability

Payment can be accepted by Cheque, PayPal or Electronic banking.

NO HIDDEN EXTRAS, NOTHING ELSE TO PAY.
