Vacation Rental Description
Palmera Park is a small development, consisting of 24 privately owned ‘bungalow apartments’ all either ground floor or first floor. There is a 15 metre pool, spacious gardens, car parking and secured access, safe for families and adults alike. The area is uncommercialised and free from package tours. We live a short drive away in case of any difficulties.Other apartments on Palmera Park may be available for larger parties.
The private terrace has a patio table and four chairs, overlooking the pool and gardens, with mountains in the distance. A portable barbeque, two sunbeds and two reclining garden chairs are provided for your use.
There are a few bars, restaurants and small shops within walking distance. In the winter, the choice is more limited. A car is essential, although there is a bus service all year round along the coast road into Denia.
The historic towns of Denia and Oliva are a short drive away, each having large supermarkets, a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants, banks and other amenities. Denia has become a fashionable international resort, but still retains its Spanish charm and local character.
Facilities
The apartment is on the first floor. It is comfortably furnished, with air conditioning (cool air in summer or warm air in winter) and fully equipped with everything you are likely to need. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles) plus a sofa and drawer bed which are suitable for two children. A cot, highchair, baby gate and other baby items can be provided at no extra charge. The bathroom has a W.C. wash-basin and shower and an automatic washing machine. There is a radio/tape/CD player and a T.V. (Spanish digital) and a DVD player.
Activities
The historic towns of Denia and Oliva are a short drive away, each having large supermarkets, a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants, banks and other amenities. Denia has become a fashionable international resort, but still retains its Spanish charm and local character.
The area has a diverse selection of sporting, leisure and cultural activities, as well as the traditional fiestas at various times of the year. The historic, vibrant city of Valencia (home to the Formula 1 Grand Prix and America’s Cup) is easily accessible by road or train. The apartment is an ideal base for a walking or sightseeing holiday, or you can just relax around the pool or on the beach. Whatever you like doing, you can have your kind of holiday.

Palmera Park is at Les Devesses, between Denia and Oliva. It's ideal for a safe, quiet family holiday and also centrally placed if you want to explore the wider area for walking, nature reserves, shopping, golf or historic sites. Travel Options
- Nearest Airport : Alicante or Valencia at 95 kilometers distance;
- Nearest Train Station : Denia at 13 kilometers distance
- Nearest Town : Oliva at 8 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: You can fly to either Alicante or Valencia airport. Car hire is essential, to collect from amd return to the airport. We recommend Javea cars.

Payment may also be made in pounds sterling if preferred. Prices are converted at a rate more favourable than the official bank rate. Please ring or e-mail for a quotation and to check availability. Prices are per week for rental of the apartment and include cleaning before and after your stay, towels (not beach towels) linen, gas and other standing charges. A welcome pack of essential items of food and drink is provided. Payment is accepted by cheque or bank transfer. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due four weeks before departure. A returnable 'breakages' deposit of 100€ (or £75) is required.
