Denia is a delightful, cosmopolitan town rich in history and culture which provides interest for all the family with its 17th century castle, picturesque harbor and marina which offers daily sea voyages to Ibiza and Mallorca. There are numerous outdoor activities which include Quad bike hire, windsurfing or kayaking at the local activities centre, or maybe you need to relax in the near by luxury Spa which is 100meters away from the apartment with virtually every treatment available. 
 
You have the choice of over well over 100 Spanish restaurants in Denia, many of which serve international as well as Spanish cuisine. Where better to try the world famous Paella, which is the local dish having originated in the Valencian region. Freshly caught seafood also features highly, as Denia still retains its reputation of a Sea Faring Port with its fishing fleet that goes out daily. 
 
With 20km of gently sloping sandy beaches for those seeking water sports such as wind surfing, jet biking or sailing. The warm seas are perfect for diving, snorkeling and water skiing. Accredited by the World Health Organization with a blue flag standard and monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol. Apart from the sporting activities there is plenty for the kids to do should they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 30 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including a Safari Park, Mundomar an Animal Water Park, Aqualandia a theme Swimming Park ,Terra Natura an animal park and Terra Mitica a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a small refundable security/damage deposit required.And also a small final clean charge of £35. Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week. It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
