Denia is a delightful, cosmopolitan town rich in history and culture which provides interest for all the family with its 17th century castle, picturesque harbor and marina which offers daily sea voyages to Ibiza and Mallorca. There are numerous outdoor activities which include Quad bike hire, windsurfing or kayaking at the local activities centre, or maybe you need to relax in the near by luxury Spa which is 100meters away from the apartment with virtually every treatment available.

You have the choice of over well over 100 Spanish restaurants in Denia, many of which serve international as well as Spanish cuisine. The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

There will be a small refundable security/damage deposit required.And also a small final clean charge of £35.

Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week.

It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
