Main Description
It’s beautifully positioned on a large urbanization, on a wide road overlooking a communal pool and within a short walk to supermarket, restaurant and bars.
The property itself is south facing and the sun shines on the patio from early morning to late afternoon. It has one of the larger from gardens for sunbathing, playing and parking the car. For a more secluded sunbathing area you have a solarium on the roof. Also the property has a small terrace off the main bedroom.
Inside the property
You walk directly into the living room which has 2 sofas where you can relax and watch satellite TV or just listen to music. The American style kitchen is to the left and boasts granite work surfaces with Mediterranean wooden units and is fully equipped. The 3rd bedroom is also on this floor and has two single beds. A fully tiled toilet and shower room is just off of this area. (Ideal for somebody who doesn’t like too many stairs).
Upstairs on the 1st floor is a good sized master bedroom with two large double fitted wardrobes and sliding doors out onto the terrace, ideal for a romantic breakfast or a sharing a large glass of vino. The 2nd bedroom right next door is a smaller double , it has a ¾ single bed in with mosquito nets and dressing table also a large double fitted wardrobe.( a further single bed is available).
The main bathroom is a few feet away from both bedrooms, it has a bath, shower, bide, toilet and sink and is fully tiled. (The property is fairly new so everything is in good order and of a high standard). Off of the landing are the stairs to the solarium where you can sunbath, hang you laundry or just admire the views of the area and the sea.

Communal pool
The communal pool is a large kidney shape and is maintained on a daily basis with umbrellas and benches in a beautiful gated green area. A key will be provided for access and is open 9am till 9pm between April and October. There are a few rules and regulations but they are all so everyone can enjoy this factility.
Local Shops and Restaurants
Aldi’s is the local supermarket and is within 100 meters. You will also find a good Spanish restaurant, a Scottish bar, wine shop, wine bar and a Rose’s tea rooms on this complex.
Further on (200 meters) you will find Alfie’s bar, The Square, an Irish pub, a florist, Internet café and newsagents, Hairdressers, English food store, Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant and Moonlights were you can get a great Sunday lunch.
Its not essential to have a car here as there is plenty to keep you occupied but to get the full benefit of the area maybe advisable.

20% deposit on booking. Balance 8 weeks before arrival. £100 security deposit is required for breakages and will be returned 2 weeks after completion.
