Set in the area of Playa Golf Campoamor, this villa has its own driveway and is fully furnished throughout. The driveway leads to the sun terrace and then into the spacious lounge and dining room where there are 2 settees, one of which is a sofa bed, and dining table and chairs. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with toilet and washbasin. The 2nd floor accommodates the twin and double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and a private balcony leading off the main bedroom, and a spacious family bathroom. The large roof solarium with sea views is on the top level. A TV and DVD player is installed for your entertainment. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers should you wish to sunbathe, relax or dine outdoors. The lovely communal pool with its grassed area is close by, as are 3 golf courses and several beaches. 
Local facilities including supermarkets bars and restaurants are a short distance away. There are 3 golf courses on your doorstep including the superb courses of Las Ramblas which is one of the most challenging in the area and Campoamor with its beautiful clubhouse and stunning views. A short drive away you will find the vibrant nightlife and an abundance of bars and restaurants in Cabo Roig. Within a 5 minute drive there are numerous blue flag awarded beaches. The coastal town of Torrevieja, is only a 15 minutes drive away and this is an old fishing town but has grown significantly and now boasts the Aquapark, street markets and numerous supermarkets. The area boasts over 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of over 18°C. There are activities for all the family all around the area.

Communal pool The communal pool is maintained on a daily basis and is in a loverly area surrounded by grass - access to the pool is via a security key. There are a few rules and regulations which need to be adeared to but they are there to ensure everyone can enjoy this factility. Local Shops and Restaurants Aldi’s is the local supermarket and is within 100 meters. You will also find a good restaurants, bars, and a tea room on this complex. One of the local bars has an Internet cafe and there is an English food store, flower shop Its not essential to have a car here as there is plenty to keep you occupied but to get the full benefit of the area maybe advisable.

Within 5 - 20mins drive from the Villa there are a number of excellent beaches to enjoy and the golf courses are around the same drive away. There are also numerous restaurants and bars in the area. If you are feeling adventurous we would recommend the drive up to Benidorm to go to the water park there (takes around an hour and a half and is not cheap, if you book on line there is a discount, so do plan to be there all day). Around 15mins drive away there is horse riding available and there is also go-karting in the area which has a separate track for the youngsters.

Booking Deposit and Support Service: To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address. You will be met on arrival at the villa or for a set fee collected from one of the 2 local airports. A refundable security bond of £100 is payable upon booking and this will be returned to you within 2 weeks of departure once the property has been checked over. Should you be arriving out of shopping hours we have 3 shopping packages available.
