You might find a lot of villas to rent in Spain, but few will be as quiet and relaxing as 222 Lomas de Campoamor Golf. It is set within the golf complex, facing an area of Ramblas (green belt) with the course and club house in the distance. From the balcony and roof terrace you have views over the golf course and the sea in the distance. The shared pool (2 minute walk) is very nice too, and best of all is landscaped and grassed, and reserved for villas in the immediate area. Campoamor also has a micro-climate, meaning it is often warmer earlier and later in the season.

The expansive fairways, lush greens, lakes and 6 "dog legs" make it a long and testing course. It has a magnificent clubhouse and restaurant, with a terrace looking out onto beautiful views of the countryside. 
 
9. Five minute drive to Las Ramblas: 5914 metres, par 72. Pretty, undulating and challenging course, abundant wildlife. Rugged terrain with the occasional water hazard. 
 
10. Five minutes drive to Villamartin: 6132 metres, par 72. At 25 years this is the oldest golf course in the region. Beautiful course and well kept greens. 
 
11. Fifteen minute drive to La Finca 6394 metres, par 72. New course with fantastic greens and a lot of water! 
 
12. Close to both Alicante and Murcia airports – many low cost flights (Car hire is essential). 
 
Real Club de Campoamor Golf is renowned for its stunning club house, peace and quiet, clean air and amazing views. It also has swimming pools, restaurant and bar, with tennis courts and gymnasium and indoor pool now open. 
 
You do not need to be a golfer to enjoy the amenities and relaxing atmosphere. The golf club house is really a fine restaurant and café with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Within ten minutes there are three golf courses, tennis courts, gyms, shops, several fine sandy beaches, and many bars and restaurants.

The accommodation comprises: There are four patio areas, one large at the front, a back patio, a balcony area adjacent to the main bedroom and a secluded roof terrace. All the front facing areas have good and unobstructed views. The main bedroom has two good quality single beds, large built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet and bedside lamp, and full size patio doors to a balcony. The second bedroom has two good quality single beds, bedside cabinet with bedside lamp and a fitted wardrobe. Between the two bedrooms is a fully-tiled luxury bathroom comprising bath with shower attachment, bidet, toilet and washbasin, plus an electric socket suitable for shavers, hair dryers etc. There is a second bathroom downstairs, featuring a large walk-in shower. There are also two good quality-folding beds that are suitable for either adults or children.

There is a large and bright open lounge and dining area, which is quite spacious and contains a dining table and six chairs, a corner lounge suite along with a CD and hi-fi unit, supply of music CD's, books and games compendium. 
There is a sun-shade for the front patios and air conditioning upstairs and downstrairs. 
The kitchen contains everything you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Including: 
- large fridge freezer,  
- built in oven, grill and hob 
- kettle, coffee maker and sandwich toaster 
- good selection of cooking pans, dishes, utensils, etc. 
Utility area contains the washing machine, ironing board etc. 
The main front patio features a high-quality ceramic dining table and six chairs. The villa is also equipped with sun-loungers, reclining chairs, pool chairs, beach mats, beach towels and parasol.
