The apartment comes with a stunning elevated shared pool with views to the sea and a children’s play area. Internally the air-conditionied apartment comprises two bedrooms one double and one twin. A fully fitted kitchen including oven hob, fan assisted oven, large fridge freezer, granite worktop and a washing machine. The living area is c/w dining chairs and table, leather suite (including sofa bed) from which to unwind and watch your favourite movies on the 21” TV and DVD player. A glazed sliding doorway leads through to the terraced area with outdoor furniture and the front courtyard garden, ideal for sunbathing and eating alfresco. The area is conveniently served by both Alicante (45mins) and Murcia (20mins) airports.

The living/dining room has two luxurious leather sofas one opens into a double sofa bed, 5ft dining table with 4 matching chairs, various tables and lamps, TV cabinet enclosing DVD and 21" Sky TV with English channels.
Outside terrace with six piece garden furniture set and four steps down to courtyard garden, shared swimming pool and childrens play area.
Bath towels and bedding are all included which will be changed on completion of your stay. A laundry charge of 7Euro per person is payable to the agent on arrival. Please note that beach towels are not included.
A cleaning service for the room can be offered during your stay. The room will be cleaned upon your departure for which a charge of 50 Euro is payable to teh agent on arrival.
Suitable for children and the elderly (6 steps up to front door). No pets. Smoking only permitted on terrace and in garden, not in apartment please.
Use of a car is recommended, you are close to good road links so it is possible to move around the area easily. The apartment is 20 min from Murcia airport.
The town of Campoamor is 5 mins with a host of restaurants, bars and shops also the Villa Martin complex is approx 10 mins away again with a large variety of shops, bars, restaurants etc, local markets are on various days of the week. Main town Torrevieja 10 min drive. Town San Miguel 6 min drive. Water park in Torrevieja 12 min drive. Water Park in Ciudad Quesada 25 min drive. Zoo - Rio Safari 35 min drive. San-Pedro town and beach 30min drive (fantastic safe swimming for young children).
The apartment is served by four high quality golf courses:-
Campoamor Golf Club, This is longer than other courses in the area and the fairways tend to be wider so there's more opertunity for the less experienced and the wild at heart! Landscaped within two valleys, providing good fairways and fast greens. 3 mins away.
Las Ramblas golf course is located in the more mountainous landscape near the shore of the Mediterranean. Set between two ravines, both fairways and greens are narrow and a little challenging necessitating a degree of accuracy Throughout. 5 mins away.
Villamartin is one of the less well known courses in the Costa Blanca but is still of notable quality but does not tend to get crowded. 8 mins away.
La Finca golf course is located at the base of Mount Escotera, in Algorfa, in the heart of the Segura region. Is a superb course designed to host top tournaments, 20 mins.
