This lovely penthouse apartment is situated on the Playa Golf 2 complex in Campoamor, which is a quiet residential estate and is close to numerous golf courses (las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin - free use of golf clubs), shops, bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches. The apartment is air-conditioned and sleeps 6 people. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with ceiling fans and double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and includes hob, fan assisted oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The living area consists of dining table and 4 chairs and 2 foldaway chairs, 2 sofas, TV, DVD player and CD/radio. A glazed sliding doorway from the lounge leads through to the balcony with outdoor furniture, ideal for having breakfast/sunbathing. Within 4-5 mins walk are shops, bars, restaurants and bus stop (operates July and August). The area is conveniently served by both Alicante (40 mins) /Murcia (20 mins) airports.

The property has a private balcony with quality outdoor dining furniture (table and 4 chairs). The large shared, gated swimming pool is for the use of the residents/visitors only and is close to the property. Within a short walk of the apartment there are 2 bars, a cafe, a Spanish restaurant, a cash point and a super market. A few yards further on the La Ronda roundabout complex there are 3 bars (Alfies, the Square Bar and an Irish Bar), also four restaurants, including an Indian and Chinese plus shops including hairdressers, internet cafe, flower shop and an English provision shop among others.

Go-cart track - 10 minutes drive (on N332).

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Additional days are available at £25 per day. Long term lets - pricing on application.
Changeover days are flexible, with prior arrangement. Check-out should be by 10am, check-in 4pm but may be changed by arrangement.
To confirm bookings please phone or email me, the availability chart is a guide only so please check with me before booking flights. A £100 deposit is required on booking and the balance must be paid six weeks prior to your arrival. A £100 deposit against any breakages or loss is required. This will be returned once the apartment has been checked and found to be satisfactory. Cleaning charge is £45 and payable on booking.
