Vacation Rental Description
This apartment has been built in 2006 to a high standard, it has two bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a luxury fitted kitchen, washing machine in utility room, a spacious lounge and a balcony with outdoor furniture for those sunny relaxed meals, or for a restful drink after a busy day. The bathroom is also fully fitted, with bath, over bath shower, toilet and bidet. For your security there are grilles fitted. Radio, C.D. player and television with D.V.D player are included. All bed linen and towels are included with the exception of beach towels. There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance, also a supermarket. The beach is a ten minute drive with adequate free parking and "The Strip", with restaurants shops and bars to suit all tastes is a five minute drive, also with adequate free parking.Alicante Airport is 50 minutes dreive on a pleasant, easy-to-follow coast road and full directions are given when booking. Cleaning is paid for "in resort" direct to our local agent, who also handles the "meet and greet" with customers, at which time the keys are handed over.
Facilities
The apartment is fully fitted to acomodate six people in comfort, the fifth and sixth having the use of a rollaway full size bed in the lounge. the shared pool is only 50 metres away at the closed end of the cul-de-sac and parking spaces are outside the apartment block.
Activities
There is a marina at the local beach, where all varieties of water activities can be hired. There is also a water park in Torrevieja, 15km north, on the coast road.Golf is heavily catered for, with 4 major courses within a 5km radius, the nearest, The Royal Campoamor Golf Club, is only 1.5km and is rated as the best in the area.

There is a £50 deposit, payable 8 weeks prior to the vacation period, for each week booked. Also payable at the same time is a £100 returnable security deposit. Our agent charges €45, to be paid on arrival.Airport transfers are also available from both Alicante and Murcia airports, price on request. The deposits are non refundable on cancellation, unless a valid reason is available, in which case, refund, or partial refund is at the owners discretion. Extra days in high period are £39 per day, in low period, £18 per day.
